NYS Department of Labor Division of Employment Services A wide array of services is available to Columbia County employers through the Division of Employment Services (DOES) at the Hudson office of the NYS Department of Labor. Through DOES, employers can list job openings and access employer assistance initiatives including labor market information, human resource assistance, affirmative action information, and interpretation of labor laws. Employers can also obtain information on state employment tax incentives and apprenticeship programs.
